Social Hub ("we") provides a tool that lets you connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles and TikTok accounts to publish content and manage engagement.
Data we collect
- Your account email and a hashed password.
- When you connect a social account: its id, name, username, profile picture, the permissions you granted and access tokens (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM).
- Content you create in Social Hub (text, images, videos) and the status of posts you publish.
- When you enable it: comments and direct messages received by your connected accounts, so you can read and reply to them.
- Analytics returned by the platforms for your own accounts.
How we use data
Only to provide the features you use: publishing, scheduling, showing comments/messages and insights, and — if you enable it — generating reply drafts or replies with AI on your instructions. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the platform APIs you connect and our AI model provider (Google Gemini or Cloudflare Workers AI) for the AI features you turn on.
Retention & deletion
Tokens and data for an account are deleted when you disconnect it, when you revoke Social Hub in the platform's settings, or on request. See Data Deletion. Media you upload is stored to deliver posts and may be deleted after 90 days.
Security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure; tokens are encrypted; access requires login.
